In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce a new user interface for the Notes panel. With the new gadget version, the label’s color is darker, significantly improving contrast and readability. The hyperlink is replaced with a toggle widget that shows or hides the Notes history. The Attention badge appears when new notes are added while the gadget is not in focus, and disappears as soon as the gadget is selected again. This change ensures that agents are alerted only when necessary, improving their workflow and focus during conversations.
