Löschen einer Anrufanalyseantwort

Administrators can delete a response entry if it is not assigned to a campaign.

To delete a response entry:

  1. Klicken Sie auf Admin.
  2. Klicken Sie unter „Ausgehend“ auf Antworten zur Anrufanalyse .
  3. Select the checkbox next to each item to delete.

  4. Klicken Sie auf Löschen.

  5. When prompted to confirm the delete operation, click Yes. The system deletes the selected items or displays a message.
