About Transcription Connector
Transcription Connector allows you to use your preferred third-party transcription provider to transcribe contact center voice interactions (that is, audio) into text that is stored as speaker separated conversational language. Voice transcripts received by the system are shown in the Transcript tab as part of the interaction detail.
By default, Genesys Cloud uses its own native Genesys Cloud Voice Transcription engine for voice transcription. When a Transcription Connector integration is enabled, administrators can choose to use the Transcription Connector integration instead of the native engine.

Transcription Connector is available from the Genesys AppFoundry. The first step is to install Transcription Connector. Next, configure and activate Transcription Connector.
Use Transcription Connector in voice interaction flows
Use Transcription Connector in Architect call flows. When you begin streaming, select the appropriate queue or use the Transcription action. Set Transcription Connector as the transcription engine in Programs.
